At The Vines Supply Co, we stand behind the quality of our sports gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to perform at your peak, so we've made our return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and unused to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
